By downloading, installing, or using Cadence ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Cadence is a personal life-event tracking application that helps users monitor irregular, non-daily activities. The App provides smart interval predictions, streak tracking, and rhythm insights — all processed locally on your device.
Cadence does not require user accounts, logins, or registrations. All data is stored locally on your device. Optional iCloud sync for Family Sharing requires an Apple ID and iCloud account, which are governed by Apple's terms.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Cadence offers a free tier limited to 5 events. Upgrading to Cadence Pro unlocks unlimited events, AI Rhythm Insights, advanced charts, PDF export, Family Sharing, and smart reminders.
All content, design, code, and branding of Cadence are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
All event data, logs, and photos you create within Cadence remain your property. You may export or delete your data at any time through the App's settings.
Cadence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that predictions, interval calculations, or reminders will be accurate or timely. The App is not a substitute for medical, professional, or safety-critical reminders.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed reminders, data loss, or inaccurate predictions.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time. Your right to use the App terminates automatically if you violate these terms.
Cadence may integrate with Apple services (iCloud, EventKit/Reminders, StoreKit, Notifications). Your use of these services is governed by Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where the developer resides.
