Introduction
D426 Mastery (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is operated by Ellasid (“Company”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our iOS application.
- Account Data: We do not require account creation. The App functions entirely offline on your device.
- Support Requests: If you contact us at support@ellasid.com, we collect your email address and message content solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Usage Data: Study progress, quiz scores, flashcard review history, and mastery percentages are stored locally on your device only using Apple’s SwiftData framework. We do not transmit this data to any server.
- Purchase Data: If you subscribe to D426 Mastery Premium, Apple processes and manages all transactions. We do not collect or store your payment information. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status from Apple’s StoreKit framework.
- Personal identification information (name, address, phone number)
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Browsing history
- Contacts, photos, or other device data
- Analytics or tracking data
All study data (flashcard progress, quiz scores, mastery percentages, study time) is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. We use this data solely to:
- Track your study progress within the App
- Power the spaced repetition algorithm
- Display your statistics and mastery levels
Data Storage and Security
- All App data is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple’s SwiftData framework.
- Data is protected by your device’s built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).
- We do not operate servers that store your personal data.
- If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
Third-Party Services
Apple StoreKit
We use Apple’s StoreKit framework to process in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple’s privacy practices are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
No Other Third Parties
We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or any other third-party services that collect user data.
Children’s Privacy
D426 Mastery does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is designed for college-level students. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@ellasid.com.
Your Rights
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:
- Access: View your data anytime within the App.
- Delete: Delete the App to remove all data, or use device settings to clear App data.
- Portability: Your data exists only on your device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
