Anchor & Arrow ("we", "our", or "the App") is operated by Ellasid. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Anchor & Arrow mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the information you authorize Apple to share.

User Content: We store the reflections, journal entries, drift logs, and circle posts you create within the App. This content is stored securely in Google Firebase.

Usage Data: We collect basic analytics about how you use the App, including streak data, badge progress, and feature usage. This helps us improve the experience.

Subscription Data: If you subscribe to Anchor & Arrow Premium, Apple handles all payment processing. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never see your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (journaling, accountability circles, streaks, journeys)
• To send push notifications you've opted into (daily reminders, streak warnings)
• To manage your subscription status
• To improve the App based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

3. Data Sharing

Circle Members: When you join a circle, your display name, streak status, and posts you share are visible to other circle members. Posts marked as anonymous will hide your name.

Third Parties: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following services to operate the App:

• Google Firebase — Authentication, database, and cloud storage
• Apple StoreKit — Subscription management

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Firebase Authentication to secure your account. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

• Access: You can export your journal data from Settings at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Notifications: You can disable push notifications at any time from Settings or your device's system settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Anchor & Arrow is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
