Welcome to Anchor & Arrow. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Anchor & Arrow mobile application ("App") operated by Ellasid ("we", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the App.
Free Tier: Core features including daily Anchor and Arrow journaling, drift logging, one accountability circle, the Stand Firm journey, streak tracking, and badges are available at no cost.
Premium Subscription: Additional features including unlimited circle posting, Drift Insights, Grace Day, and additional journeys require a paid subscription. Subscription options include:
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.
Billing: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as they handle all billing.
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (reflections, journal entries, drift logs, circle posts). By posting content in circles, you grant other circle members the ability to view that content.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Circles are small groups (up to 8 members) for mutual accountability and encouragement. Content shared in circles is visible to all members of that circle. Public circles are discoverable by any user. You are responsible for the content you share.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Ellasid and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Anchor & Arrow is a journaling and accountability tool — it is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or pastoral care.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ellasid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
