Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen. You'll receive a reset link at the email address associated with your account.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to view, change, or cancel your plan.

Can I restore my subscription on a new device?

Yes. Sign in with the same account and tap "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings > Delete Account within the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data including reflections, drift logs, and circle posts.

How do I join an accountability circle?

Tap the Iron Sharpeners tab and enter the 6-character invite code shared by the circle creator. You can also create your own circle and invite brothers directly.

I lost my streak. Can it be restored?

Premium members receive one Grace Day per 30-day period that preserves your streak if you miss a day. Unfortunately, we cannot manually restore streaks beyond this.

Is my journal data private?

Yes. Your Anchor reflections, Arrow entries, and drift logs are private to your account. Only posts you share in circles are visible to other circle members.
