Cadence — Track life's natural rhythm
Tap the + button on the Home screen. Choose a name, icon, and color, then tap "Create Event." You can also pick from pre-built templates during onboarding.
Tap the checkmark on any event card, or open the event and tap "Log Now." You can also log with a note or photo from the History tab.
Cadence analyzes the intervals between your logs using a weighted formula (40% recent trend, 35% median, 25% average). The more you log, the smarter the predictions become. A confidence percentage tells you how reliable the prediction is.
A streak counts how many consecutive times you've logged an event "on time" — within 1.5x your usual interval. The longer your streak, the more consistent your rhythm.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Cadence Pro → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
Open Cadence → tap the upgrade banner or go to Settings → tap the paywall → scroll down and tap "Restore Purchases."
Yes. Cadence stores all data locally on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics. Nothing leaves your phone unless you explicitly share it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Go to Settings → Import → Import from Reminders. Cadence will scan your completed reminders for recurring patterns and let you choose which ones to import — complete with full log history.
Go to Settings → Reset All Data. This permanently deletes all events and logs. You can also delete individual events from their detail screen.
Open any event → tap the ⋯ menu → "Remind Someone." This lets you send a message about the event to a family member, with a link to download Cadence.
Make sure notifications are enabled: go to Settings → Notifications → Request Permission. Also check your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Cadence to ensure notifications aren't silenced.
